To address poverty and inequality, skills development plays a vital role. It can reduce un- and underemployment, increase productivity, and improve standards of living. ​SAK Foundation has been working actively in the domain of skill development by undertaking flagship Skill Development Schemes of Government of India, CSRs and Standalone Projects.

SAK foundation has been undertaking projects in the domain of health and hygiene through preventive and curative health initiatives – through medical camps, sanitation and hygiene management, maternal and child health initiatives.

Using a participatory community approach, SAK Foundation has been empowering the rural communities in and around Surguja District. The organization focuses on the capacity and knowledge building of the people, specifically women from marginalized communities.

SAK foundation has been working closely with the farmers in the Surguja district to enhance their capacity through various awareness and training sessions.
