CLEAN MARKET SCHEME

SAK Foundation had implemented the "Swachchta Action Plan-Clean Market " Scheme in Gudri Bazaar in Ambikapur Block of Chhattisgarh.

The project focused on spreading awareness on waste segregation amongst shop owners. The shop owners in busiest markets of Ambikapur Block were given training on segregating waste and disposing it at the designated place. The project was in line with the Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan focusing on improving solid waste management.
